Ordering
How do you order in Sports Corner?

You can order in two easy ways:

  • 1. Guest. As a guest, you will be asked to fill up a form for your contact and delivery details. Please note that if you order as a guest, your details are not saved. So you will have to fill in the same form for your next orders.
  • 2. Sign Up. Once you sign up, you will fill up a form for your contact and delivery details. The next time, there will be no need to fill up the form. You can just log in and order.

For the process: In the website, just click the item you like, the size, how many pieces and click “Add to Cart”. Then, click Proceed to Check Out. Fill up the address form (if you are a guest or in the initial stage of registering) and chose whether you want to Pick It Up at a Sports Corner store near you or have it delivered to your home or office. Click “Check Out” and you’re done.

What order options are available?
  • (1) Pick Up from Store. If you want to pick up your order at a Sports Corner store near you at your most convenient day and time.
  • (2) Delivery. You can choose to have the order delivered to your residence or office.


How do I know the order was successful?
Once you’re done with the process, the system will give you a unique order ID. Take note of the ID for order tracking.

My friends/family also want to order, what can they do?
Your friends/family can order by following the ordering process. You can also order in their behalf. But please do remember that in this instance, Sports Corner will directly deal with you and not with your friends or family.

Are orders in the Wishlist considered as “reserved’ only for me?
The items you put in the Wishlist is for you to personally see what items you like or wish to buy. However, it is not reserved.

I cannot log in because I forgot my password, what can I do?
Just click the “forgot password” and it will prompt you to type the email address you provided and type a “captcha”. Once you provide your email, a temporary password will be given to your email. Click the link, use the temporary password and change it to your own password.

Can I change my details in my Sports Corner account?
Yes. It’s quite easy. Just log in to your account, go to details you want (address, number, etc.), type your new detail and click save. Your next order will show your new information.

Can I still add or remove items while in my Cart?
Yes you can. You can completely remove them or put them in the wishlist for future orders. You can also adjust the quantity.

Can I order in bulk?
Sports Corner welcomes bulk orders. However, we advise customers to order items first so it can serve as a sample for the items they want to order in bulk. For further inquiry, please call our customer service hotline at +974 403-6211 every Saturday to Thursday, 8 am to 11 pm and Friday 2 pm to 11 pm.

Payment
How can I pay for my order?

For the meantime, Sports Corner only accepts Cash on Delivery (COD). However, once other payment methods are made available like Credit Card, Debit Card and PayPal, our customers will be informed through banners and social media.

  • For COD deliveries, we advise that you prepare the exact amount for a more efficient payment process.
Do I need a down payment for COD?
No need, you can pay the full amount when the order is delivered to you.

Delivery and Shipping
How long does delivery take?

Typically, orders in Doha are delivered within three days or less. However, for areas outside Doha like Al Khor, Mesaieed, and Al Wakra, delivery is within seven working days.

Is there a definite time when a delivery will arrive?
As much as we wish to give the exact time of delivery, uncontrolled situations like traffic and road closures, and the weather can affect the timing. However, the delivery team will call you once they are 10-15 minutes from the delivery destination.

Should I be present during the delivery?
As much as possible we want our customers to receive the delivery. We want them to feel the sense of fulfillment of receiving an item they love.

What should I present to the Sports Corner delivery team so I can claim the order?
You can present a valid ID (Qatar ID, Driver’s License, or passport) to the delivery team.

What if I am unable to receive the delivery because I am unavailable at that time?
As much as possible we want our customers to receive the order themselves. But if for some reason you are unable to, a representative can receive the order in your behalf. Just make sure your representative has a written letter signed by you authorizing him/her to receive the order. The representative should also sign the invoice and present a valid ID to the delivery team.

Do you deliver abroad?
So far Sports Corner only delivers across Qatar. However, we will inform our customers once we open our doors for international delivery.

How much is the delivery fee?
Sports Corner offers reasonable delivery charges. Orders amounting to 150 QR or more are delivered free if within Doha. If an order is less than 150 QR, there is a 15 QR delivery fee.

What happens if I fail to receive my order?
Sports Corner advises its customers to contact our customer service hotline within 24 hours if they are unable to receive their orders.


We will give due notice via a phone call, email or social media (private messaging). If there is no answer, unfortunately, we will officially cancel the order. You will also be informed of the cancelation.

What if I go abroad?
Please do inform us soon as possible if you are scheduled to go abroad. Once informed, Sports Corner can hold your order for three (3) working days. Beyond the designated days, your order will be canceled.

Are there any areas Sports Corner cannot deliver to?
Sports Corner’s delivery is limited to Qatar as of the moment. However, if your area is in the outskirts, Sports Corner reserves the right to discontinue the delivery if it is deemed dangerous, there are no safe roads or no specific residential or business address.

Order Tracking
How do I track my order?

Every time a customer orders, a unique Order ID is provided. You can call our customer service hotline at +974 403-6211 every Saturday to Thursday, 8 am to 11 pm, and Friday 2pm to 11 pm.

Moving forward, Sports Corner will apply special tracking software to make it easier for customers.

What could be the reason my order is late?
Sports Corner does its best to deliver your order as soon as possible. However, there are some instances when an order may be delayed. For instance, unforeseen circumstances like a sandstorm, dense fog and decreased road visibility can affect delivery timing. Regardless, Sports Corner will inform you about the status of your order and do its best to delivery as quickly as possible.

Returns, Refunds, Cancelations and Exchanges
Can I return the item I ordered if I do not like it?

We do our best to give you the quality items and the best option. But in the event you do not like the item and wish to return it, just click the “Returns” at the footer of the homepage and fill up the form.

For pickup orders, customers can directly take back the items to the store

What if the item I ordered does not fit? Or it is damaged/missing parts?
Sports Corner puts a premium on quality. However, if you received a damaged item or with missing parts, you can ask for a refund or replacement by clicking the “Returns” at the footer of the homepage. Fill up the form and indicate if it’s a return or a replacement.

Similarly, we advise customers to make sure they are aware of their size. But if the item does not fit, they can follow the same steps. Further detail on returns and replacements can be found at the terms and conditions.


Is there a time limit for returns?
Yes, you can return or ask for a replacement within 14 days upon you receive the order. Please note that the item should be in good condition, unused and in the original packaging.

How long will a refund take?
Cash refunds can be refunded within 14 working days.

How will my payment be refunded?
For COD, the cash will be returned by the delivery team.

For pickup orders, you can have it refunded to the same Sports Corner store you got the order.


How long will a replacement take?
Sports Corner can deliver a replacement within 14 days upon completing a replacement request. This is subject to the availability of the item.

What If the item I want replaced is no longer available?
Sports Corner can refund your payment or replace it with a similar item or similarly priced item. Our customer service team will inform you through phone, email or social media messaging.

What items can I not return?
Items like underwear, other intimate apparel cannot be returned or replaced. Items which have been damaged or visibly used by the customer cannot be replaced. There is a 14-day period, starting from the time the customer receives the order, where customers are allowed to return orders. For a more detailed explanation, please refer to the terms and conditions.
Can I exchange the items I ordered?
Yes, you can. Exchanges are subject to availability of the item you want. Also, the item you want exchanged should be in good condition when you ask for an exchange.

How can I have it exchanged? Is there a payment?
You can fill up the exchange form on the website (Orders & Returns) to inform Sports Corner. Once you are done and an available exchange item is confirmed, you can bring the item to the specific store the order was taken from. This applies for both delivery and pick up orders.Exchanges have no payments. However, you don’t want to make the trip to the store, you can request for a pick-up from the delivery team. This costs 15 QR and covers the pickup and subsequent delivery of the new item.

Can I cancel my order?
We encourage customers to think twice about canceling. Once an order is canceled, items automatically go back to the system, and stocks can sell out fast. You may not be able to order the items you want next time. If you do wish to cancel though, you can immediately inform us through the hotline.

Promotions
Are their sales and promotion in Sports Corner?

Yes, Sports Corner offers regular sales and promotional campaigns for our customers.

How long will the promotions last?
The duration of the promotions are shown in the promo banners. However, we advise our customers to take advantage of the promos as soon as they can since items may sell out even before the promo period ends.

What if I want to return items I ordered during the promo period, will the prices change?
You will be refunded the amount you paid.

How can I use the vouchers and promo codes?
When you order you can type the voucher or promo code at the specified area in the page and the discount will automatically be applied to your order.

Can I use the vouchers and promo codes more than once?
Usually, Sports Corner vouchers and promo codes can only be used once and during a specific promo period. This will be indicated in the ad banner or the voucher itself (if hard copy).

What if my voucher is rejected, what can I do?
Discount vouchers and codes are mostly for one time use. If you have previously used the voucher or code, it can no longer be reused. Also, check the promo date. Expired vouchers and codes are no longer valid. You can check if you typed the numbers or letter correctly, as well.

Are there any rewards or loyalty programs customers can make use of?
Sports Corner has Al Jude as its official rewards and loyalty program. However, Al Jude is not yet included for online orders. Moving forward, Al Jude will eventually be integrated.

General Queries
Are your products original?

Sports Corner only sells authentic products from legitimate manufacturers. We do not sell fakes and imitations. We also encourage you to buy only original items.

Where are the products manufactured?
Sports Corner carries both local and international brands. While there are too many products to list down their manufacturing details, rest assured that all our products are original and from legitimate sources.

Does your products have warranty?
Yes, exercise machines and equipment, have warranties. Please be reminded that tampering with the items you bought can void the warranty.
