For Standard Ground shipping, please allow 24 hours for your order to process. Your order will arrive in 24 hours after purchase. Our warehouse does not operate over the weekend, so orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will not be processed until early the following week, excluding holidays.
For Expedited shipping, please allow 24 hours for your order to process. Your order will arrive within 2 business days after processing. Orders placed on Friday will be processed the same day or the following Monday, and orders placed over the weekend will be processed Monday or Tuesday the following week, excluding holidays.

For Hardgoods and equipment shipping, please allow 24 hours for your order to process. Your order will arrive within 3-5 business days after processing.

Direct Signature Required
To ensure the safe delivery of your packages, Sports Corner may require a signature at the time of delivery for larger orders or higher priced items. Once you place your order, we will let you know our estimated delivery date and if your signature will be required. Deliveries are made to the address on the mailing label, not to an individual recipient, so we will accept signature from anyone at the residential or business delivery address.
Orders are processed and shipped Sunday-Thursday (excluding holidays).

Returns to Retail Stores
You may return or exchange any merchandise purchased on our site to any of our stores. To do so, you will need to bring your original packing slip to confirm your order as well as the original form of payment to be credited.
Purchases made by debit or credit card will be credited back to the original form of payment.

Exchanges and Refunds must be in accordance to these terms and conditions:

- Exchange and refund of goods are available within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Underwear, socks and swimwear will not be exchanged or refunded due to hygiene concerns.
- All goods must be returned in original condition, unused and in unopened packaging, tags.
- Exchange is subject to availability. – Please check if exchange process is available from operational side. Normally, online stores don’t provide exchange and asking for return and place new order due to the complicated operational process behind. If unavailable, the cost will be refunded or transferred to the customer’s credit wallet.
- Items bought at a discounted price will be refunded at the same cost.
- Customers will be refunded the item price and delivery fee. Reverse pick up from the customer we will be charged accordingly if the item doesn’t have manufacturing defect, if item has manufacturing defect return is for free. Customers will be refunded the item price and delivery fee. If a customer wants to return/exchange an item which does not have a manufacturing defect, only the item price will be refunded.
- All refunds will be made through the method of payment only.
- A return/replacement invoice will be issued to the customer.

All shoes are designed with durable materials that require little to no maintenance. However, there are some simple ways to keep your shoes fresh and in top condition for even longer.
- Clean your shoes immediately after use if they are exposed to mud or dirt.
- Use your shoes only for their intended purpose.
- Dry your shoes out by removing the foot bed and allowing them to air dry.
- Pack your shoes with crumpled newspaper when you take them off to help them retain their shape.
- Never machine-wash or machine-dry your shoe.

Material Cleaning Instructions:
- Leather: Hand wash using a soft cloth dampened with mild soap and cold water. Do not immerse or soak in water.
- Nylon and canvas: Using a soft cloth, gently scrub the uppers using mild soap and cold water and allow to air dry. Do not bleach or use harsh cleaning agents.
- Suede and nubuck: Use a brush specifically designed for suede to keep the outside surface of your shoes clean. Do not get wet.
